American Millennium Group is an international financial organization specializing in program type business for property insurance, liability insurance, medical insurance and warranties for automobiles and homeowners.  

Within the Group there are four main operating divisions: American Millennium Insurance Company, Beitler Services, Andone Insurance Company, and American Warranty Companies.

The Group's management and experience lineage is in underwriting and claims as an Insurer. Underwriting profits and claims control is the essence of the Group’s existence.

American Millennium Insurance Company 

American Millennium Insurance Company is domiciled and admitted in New Jersey. It is licensed to write Commercial Automobile Liability. Commercial Automobile Physical Damage, General Liability, Workers Compensation and Inland Marine lines of business.  American Millennium Insurance Company is also presently authorized to write insurance business in Pennsylvania and Oklahoma. 

The Company’s policyholders’ surplus at June 30, 2005 was approximately $4,000,000. The largest line of business is Commercial Automobile Liability. The largest classes of business written by the Company are Taxi Liability, Used Car Dealers, and non-fleet Commercial Automobile for Utility Vans, Step Vans, Box Trucks and, on a restricted basis, Dump Trucks. They have commenced writing a "Divorce" Insurance product in New Jersey.
