From NYC via FERRY

Take the NY Waterway commuter ferry to the Hoboken South pier from the World Financial Center Pier or from Pier 11 on Wall Street. The Hoboken South pier is located at the edge of the Hoboken train station, and from there you can follow the walking directions below. See ferry schedules

Walking from Hoboken PATH/NJ Transit Station

Walking out of the main entrance, continue straight up River Street. We're in a five-story brick building on the corner of River and First streets (the entrance is on First Street).

From New Jersey Turnpike (Coming from the south)

Follow the Turnpike north to Exit 14C. After passing through the toll, stay in left lane going towards the Holland Tunnel. At the first light, turn left onto Jersey Avenue (at that point the Holland Tunnel entrance will be directly in front of you). Follow Jersey Avenue, which after several blocks will curve right and become Observer Highway. Follow Observer Highway to the end, where it turns to the left. Turn right onto Hudson Place and follow that one block (which puts you in front of the train station). Turn left onto River Street and proceed two blocks. We're in a five-story brick building on First Street between Hudson and River.

From New Jersey Turnpike (Coming from the north)

Take the Turnpike South (Eastern Spur) to Exit 17. Follow signs for Lincoln Tunnel (495 East). Take last exit in New Jersey (Weehawken/Hoboken). Proceed through first traffic light to the bottom of the hill, bearing right onto Park Avenue. Continue on Park Avenue past the Port Authority Building and Dykes Lumber until you come to a traffic light with an Amoco gas station on your right. Make a left onto 14th Street. Go to the end of the road and bear right onto Hudson Street. Proceed down Hudson Street and turn left onto First Street. We're in a five-story brick building on First Street between Hudson and River.

From Lincoln Tunnel

Coming out of the Lincoln Tunnel, make the first right (Hoboken). At the third traffic light, make a left onto 14th Street. Go to the end of the road and bear right onto Hudson Street. Proceed down Hudson Street to First Street. We're in a five-story brick building on First Street between Hudson and River.

From Holland Tunnel

Coming out of the Holland Tunnel, make the first right turn and proceed two blocks to Observer Highway. Turn right and follow Observer Highway to the end, where it turns to the left. Turn right onto Hudson Place and follow that one block (which puts you in front of the train station). Turn left onto River Street and proceed two blocks. We're in a five-story brick building on First Street between Hudson and River.
